BISA team at English Debate Competition

Hey Winny Edika Putri and Amelia Djafaar

This morning my nervous heart and my pessimist twittered in my mind. In hungry stomach, we sat close the Dr. Angka statue. We told something big. Yeah, It’s about the topic of this English Debate Competition. One, two, three.. and many times we’ve decided to cancel being the participant of this event. But that daydream is flew over directly, back again, and evaporate again. So, we’re here and we must did our first debate in ITS, the heroic institute.. ^0^

Did you know what is our team name?

I always laugh remembering this accident. Yeah, when the committee of this event sent short message to Amel and ask “please confirm your team for tomorrow debate and sending me your team name’s”. And she just replied “BISA”. So BISA is our team name! (Gubrak! ^^;;;!)

The first team in our battle fire is Junaidi Kristian, Ana Zilatul Choniah, and Arif Munandar (Isn’t it? If false, so sorry I forgot). I forgot the topic but I thought it’s our lucky day. We won. In the next battle we fail in just a little margin. And when they (the committee) read team which is the best team (four team only). Oh my God. In my surprise, BISA is pass to the next battle. Am I dreaming? (Plak! I didn’t dreaming).

The result, we lost, but this experience made us more focus, confidence, and do the best for team.

I can’t write full story but when I close my eyes, I can imagine our team in hungry, fighting in English debate and do our best. :) It’s really a lot of fun.
